This isn't surprising since they were here last legislative session and succeeded in getting a bill passed only to be vetoed by the Gov. There was no doubt they'd be back. This time pushing for an initiative to be on the ballot if and when they can obtain 101 thousand signatures from 4 distinct zones. Not sure if that means 100 thousand from the Vegas are and only a thousand from the other 3 or min 25k plus from each zone. Regardless, NV we need to be on our toes. The Sec State web site isn't very clear on this or I just couldn't find it.

So would you call easterners that interfere in other state elections carpetbaggers or torries? Chrisse Cristy and Bloomberg are both scumbags for interference with western elections.

United Socialists of America (USA) are criminals. Witness history. Witness current events.

A good counter to this could be done on Xeroxed 8.5”x11” white paper spread around the state. Just a picture of Bloomberg, with the caption: “New York billionaire says Nevadans should have their guns registered and confiscated, because they are too stupid to defend themselves.”

ballot initiative to make private gun sales without a background check illegal in Nevada.

Such a law, once passed, will criminalize just about all gun owners over a short period of time. It will shortly develop that a "transfer" is deemed to occur when a weapon is brought into a house jointly occupied by a spouse or owned by a landlord. This is ultimately a Confiscation law.
