That is the thing I've been telling folks. Mexico does not tolerate illegal entry, especially from their southern border. The only way that these folks made it to the US from south of Mexico is that they had Mexican gov't "protection". The MaoBama administration staged this from the beginning and secured safe passage through Mexico.
Nothing else makes sense.
