China- burning the coal that Canadian’s aren’t willing to burn.
Don't know if you've ever been to China but I have.Several times.Recently.In all the days I've spent there (and in Hong Kong/Macau) the clearest day I've ever seen there is 50 times worse than the worst day I've ever seen in LA...San Francisco...London...the Ruhr Valley...you name it.
It's so bad there that you can barely breathe!
