Many departments with modern systems no longer include arrest and booking information in the photo - the arrested is merely photographed against a wall and does not have an info board in front of them.
They do not use “photos” any longer and haven’t for many years. And yes the booking data is included with the booking image *after* the image is taken...This is done so when they are distributed to other agencies or whoever the booking data goes along with it. And yes, the image alone can be brought up or saved or whatever if desired. Either way. But the booking data to the right is completed specifically to attach or accompany the image.
