The United States will "do what we must to protect our people," Obama said Wednesday. "We will be vigilant and we will be relentless" in bringing them to justice.

What does Obama mean by "our people"?

If you are thinking, "the American people" that would be a mistake.

"Our people" are the people who he believes are on his side.

He has already told us that he would always support the muslims through any change of political wind.

He will only help those for which he feels an affinity and that is not the regular American.

Who would he mean anyone else as "our people"? Those who are on his side.

So, can we expect Obama to be vigilant and relentless in bringing "them" to justice.

Them is us, not the members of ISIS.

And that is precisely why Obama is aloof.
