I have missed the back story alluded to in this and other articles that ISIS is extremely “flushed” with cash. Where is all this money coming from? We need to bomb the hell out of the money stream - meaning those who are supplying the money. If they are the Saudis, the same rule applies. As GW said, you are either with us in this world war on terrorism or you are the enemy.

The money was looted from the bank in Mosul where they acquired cash and gold bullion. They don’t need a “money stream” because the money is already in their hand.
