Darren Wilson, the Ferguson, Mo., police officer whose fatal shooting of Michael Brown touched off more than a week of demonstrations, suffered severe facial injuries, including an orbital (eye socket) fracture, and was nearly beaten unconscious by Brown moments before firing his gun, a source close to the department's top brass told FoxNews.com.
“The Assistant (Police) Chief took him to the hospital, his face all swollen on one side,” said the insider. “He was beaten very severely.”
According to the well-placed source, Wilson was coming off another case in the neighborhood on Aug. 9 when he ordered Michael Brown and his friend Dorain Johnson to stop walking in the middle of the road because they were obstructing traffic. However, the confrontation quickly escalated into physical violence, the source said..

The source also said the dashboard and body cameras, which might have recorded crucial evidence, had been ordered by Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson, but had only recently arrived and had not yet been deployed.

Just playing devil’s advocate here. It is pretty much undisputed that Brown assaulted the officer but won’t the Brown camp claim that the cop executed him in retaliation for the physical assault? It seems to me that it is more important to prove whether or not Brown was advancing.
Where did you hear there was a bullet in the upholstery? I have followed most details of this and haven’t heard that.

Finally a credible witness comes forward (glad it was Big Mike’s friend but it WILL cost him. “Snitches get stiches”)
But then, Big Mike, “Meanest Dog In The Junk Yard” Brown is still dead, the officer was/is justified in the shooting and the three autopsies are done with, Big Mike is in the ground and the blacks still won’t accept the fact that is and was a good shooting. Too bad it took so long for the “no-mind” Street Rats and media whores to realize there was trauma to the officer and WHY he was justified in pulling the trigger.
Prayers go out for the officer and hope his life will be “OK” in the future. My suggestion to him would be, “move the hell out of Missouri”.

I watched a little of SS a few minutes ago. Apparently we are watching different networks.
Ditto me that....I've been calling BS on the rumors of such wounds for the two days this has been floating around. If this could all be properly vetted, the sound of retreating race-baiter footsteps would be deafening.
If the chief had asked the DA to charge the officer as soon as things brewed up it may have prevented a bunch of rioting. Any real jury would have acquitted the officer.
The problem with this rout would be the jury. It would be a OJ in reverse jury. Or a real jury finding the officer not guilty would have started Rodney King riots.

After the O.J. trial, there was a major awakening among non-hoodies. We saw what the feral world was like.
With Zimmerman, we saw it underscored.
If this innocent Officer goes down because of stopping this deadly giant feral...there will be a tectonic shift in this country.
This is not what Sharpton, Obama, Jackson, Holder have anticipated.
They will be shocked at how this event will solidify their enemy.
The real race war Obama wants will have begun.
