Full title: Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros, sentenced in Forest Grove fatal crash, released from immigration, KGW reports
The immigration case has been dropped against the woman sentenced in a fatal hit and run crash that killed two Forest Grove girls, KGW reports.
The station quotes Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman Andrew S. Munoz as saying, that Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros "was released from ICE custody Aug. 14 after an immigration judge dismissed her case."
According to KGW, KXL radio was the first to report on her release.
Garcia-Cisneros was convicted of felony hit and run in the October crash that killed two young stepsisters in Forest Grove. Garcia-Cisneros struck Anna Dieter-Eckerdt, 6, and Abigail Robinson, 11, when she drove through a leaf pile, unaware the two girls were playing in it.
She avoided prison, in part, because the victim's parents urged the trial judge to sentence her to probation.
Brought to the U.S. from Mexico as a young child, Garcia-Cisneros had temporary permission to be in the county through the federal Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.
Since her January sentencing, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has held her in federal custody at the Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma, Wash.

TACOMA, WASHINGTON - MARCH 21, 2014 - Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros has been in the Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma, Washington since being sentenced after her trial on January 31st. At the immigration detention center her case is pending but she has not qualified to post bond. During an interview with Garcia-Cisneros, in which her immigration lawyer and her trial lawyer were present, she was soft spoken, a little emotional at times. She held a tissue throughout the interview to wipe her eyes. The room she was in, E207, had a sign on the outside that said, "For Asylum Use Only." People being held in detention wear different colors of uniforms that indicate certain things about them: minor offenses, serious crimes, drug related offenses, sex crimes. The roughly 1,300 people in detention are split up into pods with specific beds for sleeping. Garcia's bright yellow clothing primarily indicates she is a female. Her crime isn't considered serious enough to separate her from the general population of women. Benjamin Brink/Staff Photographer

From the moment she arrived at the crash scene, Robinsons wife said she knew it had been an accident. In direct contradiction of Susan Dieter-Robinson's alleged knowledge, the driver veered into the pile of leaves. Probably for the fun of it. That makes it NOT an accident.

Yep...She and her boyfriend knew of the deaths/injuries shortly after getting home if not when she hit the girls.
He took the vehicle to a car wash to to clean evidence from it. He was sentenced to 13 months in prison but she only got probation.

Essentially we already have Amnesty. It is only for the Emir to make it Official and irremedial. All he has to do, really, is to declare all illegals to be Citizens with full rights and full welfare then use the Federal para military to enforce it against states that try to deny the vote or residency or anything else to illegals of any provenance.

Basically he has already declared amnesty for illegals when his lawless administration is not even deporting felons here illegally.
He may run into real trouble if he tries to declare them citizens but of course he’d have to get some opposition from the GOP leadership...not holding my breath.

Who is going to stop him? Congress? the Courts? He has defied both successfully. Nothing succeeds like success and precedent.

When this happened there were Freepers who oddly enough thought the girls' father was more guilty than Ms Garcia Cisneros because he let them play in the leaf pile.
I don't understand the impulse to defend this POS.
