Stirs up 2016 buzz LOL. Please. Stop. As much as she and the MSM try, Hillary! is stirring up absolutely zero "buzz." Her buzz was gone years ago. She could walk around in the middle of a busy street, stopping traffic and waiving a "Hillary! 2016" placard and it wouldn't generate any buzz.
