Since August 7th or 8th, and in the three weeks that they were in trouble, the Ukrainians have redoubled their efforts and solved many of these problems.
Sure, your Russkies are murderers taking many lives. But are the Russkies in Donetsk and Luhansk somehow winning the war? Thus your little victory here only makes your denial of Russian involvement, and your accusation that these people are making it up about being shot at by Russian army, quite absurd, since you want us to believe that Kiev systematically is denying how badly they are losing by citing these soldiers, while at the same time claimining that they are losing to a "rag tag militia", as you put it, by refusing to cite the same soldiers.
As to the question of Grad attacks and Russian military invading, no one at this point can seriously deny this, unless they are Russian. We have videos and photographs of them firing, as well as satellite photographs of the same, as well as even where they are landing. For example:
