FERGUSON, Missouri (CNN) —The Ferguson, Missouri, police officer who killed Michael Brown says the teenager rushed at him full speed in the moments before the shooting, according to an account phoned into a St. Louis radio station and confirmed as accurate by a source with detailed knowledge of the investigation.
According to the account on KTFK, phoned in by a woman who identified herself as "Josie," the altercation began after Officer Darren Wilson rolled down his window to tell Brown and a friend to stop walking in the street.
When Wilson tried to get out of his cruiser, Brown first tried to push the officer back into the car, then punched him in the face and grabbed for his gun before breaking free after the gun went off once.
Wilson pursued Brown and his friend, ordering them to freeze, according to account. When they turned around, Brown began taunting Wilson, saying he would not arrest them, then ran at the officer at full speed, according to the caller.
Wilson then began shooting. The final shot was to Brown's forehead, and the teenager fell two or three feet in front of Wilson, the caller said.
The account matches Wilson's telling of events to investigators, according to the source.
If true, the account represents the first telling of events from the perspective of Wilson, whose shooting of Brown has touched off nightly protests and violence in the suburban St. Louis city.

Is not a valid source for confirmation. Though it may be true. It’s a cheesy source that reeks of internal agenda.
Its also the only account that makes sense with the evidence.

Cameras, etc., are fine with me, but do you really think it would have made any difference whatever the film showed? The pro-riot constituency (some blacks, Democrats, media) would dismiss it or say it shows the exact opposite of what is really depicted. Parks & Crump just claimed their private autopsy proves Brown was shot from behind, while standing next to their own diagram that shows front wounds only. Publicly treating dishonest idiots and criminals as if they were credible citizens is the pc order of the day. Will not end well.

The media gets more credit than you give them. The media is the one that allows them to speak, unchallenged, in the public arena. The media is the one that suppresses the information that shows them for who they are. Without the media, the race pimps would be merely hustling little old ladies out of their social security checks, and would not be threatening to destroy the greatest country the world has ever known.
No, the media deserves the bulk of the blame. Hustlers are going to always exist. But it is the media that makes them what they are.
And I wouldn’t let the GOP off lightly, either. It is the GOP who abrogated their role as the opposition to the left (which encompasses other types of hustling, not just race based). A GOP which actually stood for principle, and was able to articulate a vision, and articulate the counter to the hustling, would be able to get that unified message above the media, and reduce them to what they are — people who would be hard-pressed to find employment in any real profession.

Crump should be DISBARRED for saying multiple times during that alleged press conference this am that the cop EXECUTED Brown.
If the goal is to inflame the situation and keep Ferguson burning, that’s the sort of language that will do it.
Heck yes. Crump should be disbarred:
1) for crimes against the English language;
2) for manufacturing and distorting evidence in the Martin case; and,
3) for his deliberate lies and efforts to stir up violence in the Brown case. If is obvious that he wants to use mob terror to intimidate weak-minded politicians into “makin’ a arriss”, which somehow opens legal gates to the $ivil $uit$ he craves.
Is he even admitted before the bar in Missouri? Or expectng “courtesy” if/when he files any action? The MO bar should shoot that down like a berserk gangbanger in the road.

I suspect that's what happened with the police officer. He turned back to threaten him... Brown knew he had just committed a robbery and he was on an aggression high... it was the cop who didn't know about the robbery. Brown thought he was about to be apprehended - fight or flight turned into 'fight'. Wilson was blindsided.
