A 290 lb, 6,6” tall, strong arming robber and thug ignored a police oficer’s lawful directive and when the officer got the report of his robbery, attempted to question him.
The thug resisted and tried to get the officer’s gun and was shot. When he then attempted to run, the officer ordered him to stop and the big thug charged the officer who then shot him dead.
THAT is what happened.
Ths state policeman is pandering, and ignoring his own sworn duty to do so.
