Just the positions of the entrance and exit wounds in the arm is enough to belie the assertion that Brown was shot while stand with his hands in the air. The entrance wounds are up toward the hand, and the exit wounds back toward the elbow. The bullet path is from the wrist toward the elbow.

How do you shoot someone standing in front of you with their arms in the air and produce that wound pattern?
