Dr. Baden didn't have access to important info: xrays, clothes, toxicology, witnesses. Lots of variables to know what happened. #Ferguson

Dr. Baden said that because of the tremendous attention to the case, he waived his $10,000 fee.
He certainly seemed comfortable roughing up the store clerk, like he had done it before. I’m sure PD interviewed the clerk and know.
I can understand xrays and toxicology but why would coroners need access to witness testimony? Isn't their whole purpose to present their findings based on the evidence present in the body of the victim and not what witnesses say? Especially since witnesses are about the worst evidence available?
What I found most revealing about him was he wrote a book I read, I think it was from around 20 years ago, and it was about people who were killed who had conspiracy theories about their death like JFK, Marilyn Monroe, Robert Kennedy, and in each one of those he basically confirmed “JFK was shot by two killers, Marilyn Monroe was murdered, Robert Kennedy was shot by two killers” on and on and on and I remember putting it down saying “What utter crap. This guy is simply bending facts to appease the conspiracy nuts” and ever since then he seems to do that anytime he is hired. Pay him the right amount of money he will say anything. His ridiculous conclusion about OJ for example, that “It was impossible for OJ to kill his wife and Ron Goldman because he would have had fight marks all over him” is just absolutely ridiculous. The guy had a freakin butcher knife and ambushed them, what “fight” is he talking about? Someones walking down the street and a guy comes out of nowhere and plunges a knife into their chest or cuts their throat in half there isn’t going to be much of a “fight”. The guy is a BS artist for hire in my opinion, he’s a money whore which is why they hired him for this Ferguson thing.
If his arms were up in surrender the bullets would have gone in his under arms ..possibly above the elbow
However if he was charging the policeman he would not have been running with his arms by his sides...
they would have been up in an attack mode...
so either way his arms were in the air to some degree..
One of the families atty (not the Trayvon case atty) was on local TV implying that the bullet to the top of the head supports witness (cough) accounts that the cop was standing over him and executed Mike Brown.
So this is probably what we are going to hear from the upcoming family/atty/Baden press conf.

I saw Baden on FOX this morning saying that same thing; that, probably, an excessive amount of shots were fired. To say that is lunacy. Especially when you consider the size of the dude and that he was probably hopped up. He is definitely corrupted.

They’re already at work discrediting the autopsy.
I just googled a pix of Gray. No this guy appears to be younger than Gray but was ID as a Brown Family Atty. He might be the local atty they are using.
I don’t see him in this pix but remember seeing him earlier (a few days ago) and I think he was introduced as their local atty.
Local news is now reporting that Baden is stating that it “does not appear that Mike Brown was shot from a close range”.
So this press conf. with Baden & the Brown atty’s should be interesting.

Ok... I have ID the atty. It is Daryl Parks (sp?) - the one that implied that top of the head shot shows he was executed by the cop.
