I see a reference to a youtube video but that video calls the shoot cold blooded murder (shoot him because they can, shot him for no reason, shot him with his arms up).

Stand w/ your hands and arms to your sides. How does one hit the back of the arms where the bullet entries are diagramed?

Can only hit the back of the arms if hands are up or if he had back turned to shooter.

Stand up w/ arms to your side...

Not saying it means squat...except that you can not shoot the back of the arms from a frontal position if the hands are not up.
