It sounds like this one the NY Times is reporting on is the “Federal Govt.” one? Kind of confusing but this Baden fellow went to check it out.

This one is pretty clear...but know the guy reporter is a Brown supporter and fully in with the Protesters.

Based on the diagram from this autopsy report, it would appear the officer started out firing low and worked his way up.
He could have been trying to avoid fatal injuries, but when those didn’t work, he moved up to towards the head shot.
I.E. He had to continue firing because Mike was still charging at him. He dropped Mike 35 ft. away from the police vehicle. But it is likely the officer had moved forward towards Mike as he first ran off. So Mike may have gotten much closer to the officer than the public has been led to believe.
If the cop ran 30 feet , Mike would have been within striking range.

Those French planters made the mistake of being a weak minority in Martinique. Many of the ones who could bug out ended up in Louisiana (then the nearest French outpost). The slaves the French brought from Martinique before all Hell broke loose there were primarily responsible for New Orleans' "voodoo" folklore.
A similar revolt can only get so far here, they don't have the numbers to sustain it.

Anyone listening to Bill Cunningham tonight? Last Sunday in the midst of Obama’s actions in Iraq he spent much of his program lambasting George W. Bush. Turned him off. Tonight, he’s almost hysterical harping that the Ferguson cop had “no excuse” for shooting the thug. Turned him off.
He used to seem hyper, but at least somewhat sane. Anyone know what’s going on with this guy?

I’d just estimated to my wife:

Brown keeps running, Wilson fires 1 or 2 warning shots.
Brown turns, begins to move toward Wilson, Wilson fires another warning shot, then multiple shots to disable, finally head shots to take down emphatically. Brown going down as last shot hits the top of his head.
That said, how many bullets in Wilson’s gun (including the one shot fired in the car?)

If they got within 100 yards of the place, they would be promptly machine-gunned by the private security force. That’s how the elites roll! /s

The reporter on the FOX 2 LIVE coverage had interviewed a protester who said that "until the cop is arrested and charged with murder, they will not quit rioting."
