Based on the diagram from this autopsy report, it would appear the officer started out firing low and worked his way up.
He could have been trying to avoid fatal injuries, but when those didn’t work, he moved up to towards the head shot.
I.E. He had to continue firing because Mike was still charging at him. He dropped Mike 35 ft. away from the police vehicle. But it is likely the officer had moved forward towards Mike as he first ran off. So Mike may have gotten much closer to the officer than the public has been led to believe.
If the cop ran 30 feet , Mike would have been within striking range.
That’s what I was thinking, the shots appear some as if Brown had a chance to hit the ground but when he still posed a danger, he finally got hit fatally. 4 shots to the arm per the article, perhaps one of the bullets hit both but basic math says 4 shots to the arm leaving 2 for the body though the diagram seems to show an overlap.

- You betcha!
- Market mow on fire - firearms now being heard - “We gots our hands up and they shots us in the face with .” (just heard on CNN) “We ain’t doin’ nuthin at all - we ain’t gots no guns - They a-shootin’ us with da tear gas”

But if Brown had his hands up, his palms would have been facing out, as shown in the autopsy sketch. Just imagine if the arms are up in the sketch instead of down at his side. Then all the shots would be fired high.
