That is any Islamic state. Obama is just seeing the end of his term with no significant increase in his efforts to bring a caliphate here to the U.S. and the rest of the western world.
It is looking more and more like he will not get his 76 raisins for all his efforts.
But we still have 2 years to live through his attempts.
