His actions in the convenience store show that he is an aggresive thug. However, this has no bearing on the shoot. If he was indeed surrendering and posed no threat it was a bad shoot. If he did struggle for the officers gun in the cruiser, the first shot was a good shoot.

The real problem is what came after. If he was advancing on the officer when he was outside of the car after the struggle for the gun, it was a good shoot. If he was not advancing and was surrendering it was a bad shoot.

I would sure like to get a toxicology report on this. Any sane man regardless of his size and height does not try to take away a cop’s gun.
