Sounds crazy.
It is the Scott Walker strategy.
And remember, it was Texas that put the false charges on DeLay.

Perry said he'd veto the funding if the district attorney, Rosemary Lehmberg, didn't resign. Lehmberg had recently been convicted of drunken driving. The state's Public Integrity Unit operates out of her office. Yeah, how dare he yank "their" money!

Ok so a governor is indicted for abuse of power. Do I see something wrong this? Where is the indicted for “abuse of power” for a certain person with Big Ears and enjoys golfing while Rome is burning?
To: bgill
Travis County is the a$$hole of Texas.

It is long past time for the Texas legislature to permanently remove all authority of the Travis County District Attorney’s Office to conduct political prosecutions of state officials.
Transfer all jurisdiction to the Texas Attorney General’s Office where it belongs.
