I suggest you do your homework on the law.
Objective reasonableness , and the court also stated that action are fast moving.
FL statue also states that you can use deadly force for a fleeing felon.’FL Statue 776.05, 776,013, also 776,08
Did you actually read the while case and law on this because it takes more than 10 minutes to go over.?
That’s what I believe. One hole in the kid. His buddy said he was bleeding profusely when they took off running. The exertion of the not so great escape killed him. He collapsed. That’s why he’s face down and not on his back.

When he turned, the cop likely thought that he had a gun and expected to get shot and fired first.
It's what I would think.
I just confirmed that.
Thank you for correcting me.
what we think does not matter, what happened after this investigation does matter.
What pisses me off is the left wing talking points put out by Sharpton, black panthers, homosexual groups, NAACP and others, and yet we now have some of those points and sites being posted on here .
Not saying you are doing it either
The felony was assaulting an officer, the life issue was Brown turning
back to continue pounding on the Officer. Someone must have a video of the
whole incident.
I believe it is also a felony to assault police officers.
Brown knew he was guilty of robbing the store and would have been hyper sensitive to any cop in his presence. Brown could have very easily been violent when confronted by the cop - even w/o the cop knowing about the robbery. Brown may have been shot in or very near the cop car during the confrontation between the two and then wandered off a little distance before collapsing and dying.
If the above is true, there should be hard physical evidence of it.
Ok, I can certainly see this scenario. Thanks
“the dead guy shoves the door back at him, injures the cop”
A violent felon -assaulting an officer- even under your favorable scenario.
But of course, since there’s no evidence besides statements at this point it’s futile to decide the case at all. Not that speculation isn’t a valid amusement.
From what I've heard that is an extremely sensitive place in which to get shot. Very painful.
First of all Brown knew he robbed the store. And he would have thought the cops were looking for him. So when confronted with the cop, even w/o the cop knowing about the robbery, Brown could well have acted violently all on his own - the cop was injured and there was a struggle.
The cop very well could have shot him during the struggle and Brown wandered of some distance before collapsing and dying.
So further speculation without actual facts is pretty pointless. If he was shot in or near the car in close proximately of the cop the evidence will show that. That is probably why the family wants a second autopsy on Brown, they didn’t like the results.
I liked the fact that Brown grew a full inch in height during that scenario.
How clear was the back of his head in the photo?
After Garner v. Tennessee that would be illegal. It can't just be a felony. The second component would be the expectation that person would pose a deadly or severe injury threat to others in the future.
A bank robber that never shows a gun and hasn't shot anybody. No
A bank robber that has a habit of shooting tellers, fleeing the scene. Yes.
How do you know that? post your proof.
Thomas Jackson, the police chief of Ferguson, Missouri, said later that the officer did not know Brown was a suspect in the robbery when he stopped Brown. Asked why Brown and a friend were stopped, the chief said: Because they were walking down the middle of the street blocking traffic.
Clear enough that there is no blood or wounds showing.
