I do not know much about this disease but I understand it is a terrible one to have.

In someone prone to terrible depression anyway, I’m sure Parkinson’s didn’t do much to lighten up his outlook on life.

It may very well have been the final straw.

When one has a terrible disease one has the choice of accepting the verdict and living a life of courage and honor as a role model for others.

Or you can say “F*** it” and slip a belt around your neck and stick in a door frame

From his last picture, it looked like he had cancer, I never saw him look so emaciated.

Pope John Paul II exemplified this better than anyone.

I do not know much about this disease but I understand it is a terrible one to have.

My step-dad had it for years. Through exercise, he was able to keep fairly manageable for awhile, but eventually it became pervasive and he had to begin taking medication. For some people it's worse than others. The most frustrating part of the disease for the sufferer is the occasional inability to coordinate the body to begin walking from a standing position.

I watched this yesterday, and I have to say I finally understood Williams, and the seriously pained life he lived mostly under the radar of most people

Stefan Molyneux: The Truth About Robin Williams

The language is a little saucy here and there, but it really connects to this revelation in how it all must have just overwhelmed him at the wrong moment without someone around to help him, and that allowed the demons to finally claim him.

Or you can say “F*** it” and slip a belt around your neck and stick in a door frame

Or we can refrain from assuming that was the reason for the suicide.

Sad. Parkinson’s disease is linked to depression, in addition to how one would likely feel depressed merely knowing they had PD. Double whammy.

Money and apparent career downturns after the heart surgery....but you are right that alone doesn’t seem like anything harder than what he had already conquered.

Yep, I’m harsh and outspoken, but if you decide to have kids, you are their parent till they die.

He just f***** up his kids’ lives and that is inexcusable for a parent to do.

That should be left up to the kids to say. You have no idea whether this ‘f****’ them up or not.

I read her comments and read a lot of ‘headlines’ which didn’t match her comments.

Do you know anyone who had a parent kill themselves? Ask them how they feel about what mom or dad did.
