I would certainly knock on neighbors door and request that they take the flag down. If not taken down I would compel the owner to do so.
Well, many liberals believed that sending death threats to Palin was their constitutional right. And i don’t see Holder objecting to ISIS support in the US, not objection from Obama for what the CIA did in Jordan training terrorists who now all work for ISIS. We live in a different country now, one that no longer is the country of Reagan of Clinton, of Kennedy, or even of Bush. Hope and change has become Ropes and Chains or Dope and pain. Everyone is afraid, nobody trusts anyone anymore, and old people are burying their money and jewels in the backyards.We have a police state where unarmed kids are being shot, and then politicians incite riots afterwards. Fear has gripped the nation as the confidence in the government no longer exists. So, I can see how an ISIS flag will bring hope to liberals who are now discouraged with Obama. Maybe this has been his goal all along

If there is really a case where someone SHOULD face sanction and the threat of financial or personal harm for flying a flag, I’d rather said sanction and harm not be written into law and carried out by the state leviathan. In other words, it’s better to address jack*** behavior with social sanction rather than police action — the community in question could ostracize, mock, jeer, refuse service to (if we still had any freedom of association in this country) or otherwise socially and economically boycott extremely disruptive ideological nutcases.
If Jihad Joe here gets it into his mind to do more than say inflammatory things and fly the black flag, then there are both official and unofficial responses that can solve that kind of problem.
