I would certainly knock on neighbors door and request that they take the flag down. If not taken down I would compel the owner to do so.

So, you're saying that you aren't in favor of Freedom of Speech? What is your position on the other articles of the Bill of Rights?

Why not simply support legislation making it illegal to fly flags that Jim from C-Town finds distasteful?
