There are two halves to black America: there is the law-abiding, working half, and then there is the black underclass. The black underclass is intractable, uneducable, lawless, feral, and unable to assimilate with the rest of the country. It is a gigantic weight around the legs of the other half of black America.

Until the country finds a way to get rid of the black underclass, we will be having these problems. And to be pessimistic, I doubt anybody will do anything except go on blaming white America for the problems caused by the BU.

Allow consequences for behavior to take their natural course and you’d have a lot less of the underclass - they’d become the working productive “half” or die.
