• Were they "pre-organized" and activated?
• Was the organizer involved in setting up the initial incident?

I doubt it was organized any more than most riots. The reason it happened is because black people riot and loot at the drop of a hat. Unless nobody drops a hat, in which case they riot and loot.

This isn't all black people, but all the rioting looters are almost always black. Go figure.

Then go armed.
