President Vladimir Putin said on Monday that Russia is sending an aid convoy to eastern Ukraine despite urgent Western warnings against using humanitarian help as a pretext for an invasion.
With Ukraine reporting Russia has massed 45,000 troops on its border, NATO said there was a "high probability" that Moscow could intervene militarily in the country's east, where Kiev forces are closing in on pro-Russian separatists.

Russias violation of the Intermediate Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty could have severe military and political implications for European security. In the immediate future, NATO members should demand that Moscow answer accusations about non-compliance. Simultaneously, they should prepare options for strengthening NATO deterrence and defence capabilities in case Russia starts to introduce the prohibited missiles into its military forces.

Too many naive people who read the main stream news superficially spouting what they’ve been exposed to on corporate TV news. Russia continues to assist the refugees and the Kurdish govt in stalling the ISIL zombies. The US sends Russian weapons through the CIA TO THE kURDS...UNIMAGINABLE stupidity and cowardice on the part of the US govt.
