The government has successfully taken dominance in many areas

There is a position that voters gave government dominance in areas they are not constitutionally empowered to legislate. Voters can elect someone to legislate constitutionally or unconstitutionally.

Corruption exist within both major parties and there is considerable evidence that people vote for the corruption that favors their interest.

Interesting position. Not sure I agree with it.

As soon as someone gets voted in, they take an oath to uphold the constitution - not an oath to violate the constitution. So the person violating their oath is a lawbreaker. This doesn’t have anything to do with the voters.
