Interesting position. Not sure I agree with it.

As soon as someone gets voted in, they take an oath to uphold the constitution - not an oath to violate the constitution. So the person violating their oath is a lawbreaker. This doesn’t have anything to do with the voters.

The voters have everything to do with corrupt politicians, everything.
