Speculation is that Republicans help the Whitewash of Benghazi because they (Congressional Leaders = GOPe) were informed and agreed to the policy in advance. That explains why the Congressional Hearings always focus on SECURITY at Benghazi not WHAT WE WERE DOING THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE.
