Arab news sources reported Wednesday that Egypt has agreed to open the crossing between it and Gaza at Rafah, on the condition that the Gazan side be supervised by the Palestinian Authority under Mahmoud Abbas, and not by Hamas.

Hamas has reportedly agreed to this, mostly because the it is now a part of the PA government, since joining Abbas's Fatah in a unity coalition.

Abbas is supposed to serve as the link between Egypt and Israel regarding Gaza, according to the reports.

It was also agreed that a conference would be held next month in Norway, to collect funds for rehabilitating Gaza.

After the Israeli delgation arrived Tuesday, the US is also joining the talks in Cairo. Spokesperson for the US Department of State, Jen Psaki, said on Tuesday night that Frank Lowenstein, the American Middle East Envoy, was making his way to Cairo in order to participate in ceasefire talks between Israel and factions within the Palestinian Authority.

So Hamas and Palestinian Authority under Mahmoud Abbas were allies for a short period. They part ways and Hamas starts a war and gets demolished. Now Palestinian Authority under Mahmoud Abbas takes over Gaza and they open Rafah Crossing under Abbas who has said he will destroy Israel. Materials will be able to be moved into gaza for the next war and since everyone studied Israel's methods they can come up with a new plan for the next war.

I've been watching Hannity live from Israel these last two nights..he's here for the rest of the week as well, and if you missed the shows...you can find them at Foxnews.com...he's shown detailed, long pictures of the tunnels..they'd taken over a YEAR to build..and Hamas is using Israeli concrete to build them and Israeli electricity inside the tunnels...instead of building schools and hospitals.

Two things the Israelis should do...if the truce holds..manufacturers "tag" explosives so that we can trace it back to the source..they should tag the concrete the same way..and when concreted is shipped into Gaza in the future..it must be shown to have been used for a specific purpose...wanna build a school..OK..the plans can for X amount of concrete..here it is..show us the school being built..otherwise..no more will get in.

I think the Israelis were caught by surprise at the extent of the tunnel network..and Israel, for obvious reasons..doesn't admit when they goofed..but a country that can develop the Iron Dome is now working on sensors that will detect any future tunneling..I think that approach is now kaput for Hamas in the future..

I think Hamas will be replaced by the Palestinian Authority under Mahmoud Abbas takes over Gaza. This will lead to war with Sumeria and Juda
