.......Plans to demolish the illegal camp known as Jungle 2 have been delayed as there have been clashes between rival gangs of immigrants within the camps. As a result, the prefect of the Pas-de-Calais area, Denis Robin, said delegations would be sent in to speak to the migrants to prevent any further trouble.
Mr Mignonet, who is also the town's deputy mayor, added: "People say we are not doing anything, but we can't stop the migrants going from Africa to Italy and making their way to England. We are just one town. "Europe should help us but they do nothing. Our image has suffered and we’re known as a migrant town. Businesses have pulled out of investments because they are concerned about the migrants."
He blamed the UK for acting as a magnet for migrants wishing to start new lives and called on his government to act to save his town from "a slow death". Mignonet also admitted that his "dream" is to open a new refugee camp like the one at Sangatte that closed in 2002.......

It would make more sense to ferry them back to Africa, as many times as it takes, so that their cousins would learn that there is no point wasting the effort to heard for a civilized country when they will just end up where they started. It would be nice if those with ability and ambition would fix their own countries instead.

If the official blamed the MIGRANTS, there might be violent repercussions. This Deputy Mayor, Mignonet, knows it, the reporters know it, the townspeople know it.
In the problem solving process, the first step is to identify the problem. Apparently, political correctness disallows Mr. Mignonet to address and complete the very first step.

Kill the migrants. They are not zFrench citizens tehrefore they have attacked the nation of France as un-uniformed enemy combatants. Shoot them as spies according to the Geneva Convention

France is the Mexico of Europe. They may provide free northbound rides on their nice trains.
It's "Camp of the Saints" on a daily basis. All African migrants need to do is get passage on a leaky boat heading to the Italian island of Lampedusa, and the Italian Navy "saves" them and brings them to Italy.
With a latency of 3 weeks, just wait till one of those boats contains an ebola patient.
