Gerrymandered district, Democrat political machine and a voting populace kept so ignorant that it votes for whoever the machine tells it to vote for.
Funny enough, I don’t mind having her as member of Congress, for two reasons:
1) Every gerrymandered minority-majority district consolidates Democrat votes and creates between two and four GOP districts.
2) Her behavior makes both herself and the Dem Party the subject of ridicule. See Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals on the effectiveness of ridicule.
