I am unaware of any evidence at all that Ebola hits mainly or even preferentially the immune-compromised. Being IC doesn't help, of course, but it doesn't seem our immune system, no matter how healthy, is much use against this virus.

I was wondering about that.
It would seem to me that maintaining a strong immune system would reduce our risk, at least to some degree. But from what I’ve seen nobody has even tried to address that.
