Good evening, Luv!

*HUGS*

It's loverly to see you on this fine Summer evening!

I learned that song over sixty years ago - not from the great Frankie Laine, but from my Father. He used to sing it in my early youth as we were driving over the country roads of Long Island, NY. Roads now long enveloped in urban sprawl - I hear his voice as clearly now as when I was a five year old boy sitting in the shotgun seat of a 1947 Studebaker Commander tooling down Hwy 109 past Massapequa Park, a small town down the road from us.

That was a better world than what we are leaving to our children. Hope and change? Change back to what we had as children. That was a Nation with Hope, built on the service and sacrifice of Patriots!

America demands Justice for the Fallen of Benghazi!

O stranger, tell the Lacedaemonians that we lie here, obedient to their command.

Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)

What lovely memories you have of your dad singing! I hope our children and grandchildren can think of sweet things to say about us!

We DO need changed back to the good place. Sigh.....
