I mean, we were told (without even a hint of irony) that the first quarter was an economic disaster due to the the extreme cold. Milder winters might cause an economic boom. Less snow removal, maybe the Great Lakes don’t freeze over, maybe growing seasons in the northern states are longer - it may even CLOSE the budget deficit.
