(scratching head) Hamas is a terrorist organization. I thought that aiding and abetting terrorist was a crime. Or at least, the tax-exempt status should be taken away. Someone clear this up for me.

The same question immediately came to my mind. Is this evil imam amongst us aiding and abetting the enemy by trying to recruit fighters for its foreign terrorist army?
If there isn't a law, there should be one, pronto.
I suppose the apologists will say that we are not officially "at war" with Hamas.
