Tofu is a substitute and must be treated as such, and the flavor comes not from the Tofu but from that which it is cooked in.... or prepared with. Tofu should be the chameleon in the dish.

One must be serious about weight loss, being a vegetarian, or looking to eat more healthy to stick with Tofu over the long haul.
