Still that first photo is photoshopped, they always have wider barriers.Taller, and with broken glass mixed into the mortar along the top.

We rented a “Project” temporary shop in Santos and indeed it had a high wall with glass on the top. Still had to have a guy stay there all night to keep the thieves out.
