Jonathan and Reginald Carr death sentences overturned

The Kansas Supreme Court on Friday overturned death sentences for Jonathan and Reginald Carr, brothers convicted of murdering five people in one of Wichita’s most notorious crime sprees.

The state’s high court in separate rulings issued Friday unanimously struck down three of each man’s four capital murder convictions in the Dec. 15, 2000, execution-style killings of four people in a snow-covered soccer field. A remaining capital murder conviction for each man was upheld by the court, but the death sentence connected to it was vacated after a 6-1 majority said the district court judge who presided over the brothers’ trial – the late Paul W. Clark – was in error when he refused to hold separate sentencing proceedings for the men.

Justice Nancy Mortiz disagreed with the decision, saying that separate hearings would not have influenced the outcome because witness testimony, the “unusually egregious facts” of the case and evidence against the Carr brothers was so strong...

I remember this case well. They raped the woman in front of her boyfriend. When they were done with her they put her in a garbage bag in a dumpster.

I believe the moral thing to do at this point would be to pardon them both and set them free.

Nature will then be free to take its course. Who knows, they might even wind up in garbage bags in a dumpster? Not that I would encourage such a thing.

That won’t work because the perps are too well protected in prison.
And it doesn’t get at the “root” of the problem.

But if the people took it upon themselves to “impeach” the judges, that might have some effect.
Their homes can never be so secure without becoming prisons.

Good speech... what came of it?... absoutely nothing..

APATHY?... maybe.. All conservative voices of candidates were defeated and a known collaborator with democrats was selected.. (2012)

Change by law was possible 30 years ago... NOT NOW...
Voting mechanisms have been corrupted.. the system is broken..

Working within the system is a diversion to gain time..
For a complete take over by the leftists..

I remember this case well. They raped the woman in front of her boyfriend. When they were done with her they put her in a garbage bag in a dumpster.

I remember it because it happened 2 miles from my home. You have the first part right, but when they were done with them they took them out to a nearby soccer field and had them lay down on the snow covered ground and shot them in the backs of the head execution style. The survivor who's initials are H.G., stumbled naked in the snow to a house about a mile away and knocked on the door of someone's house. Had she not done that, the n*ggers would have gotten away with it.

These tables are from when we had a Department of Justice and they are from the annual survey of tens of thousands of crime victims. Emphasis on survey and statistics because some years show zero white on black sexual attacks crimes.

As best I can figure the Obama / Holder Department of Just Us and Our People no longer permit the tables showing interracial crimes. Here's why.
