A couple of FR threads about the incident from two days ago if
anyone is interested in reading the comments thereon:

sounds to me like he shot her in the back once, came up on her with her wounded, and shot her again.....sounds like murder to me..

..I don't care that she "lied"....she was a criminal and we expect them to be low lifes....

unfortunately for this old guy, his John Wayne days are going to be over....
