The ignorance, and lack of initiative to perform any research, is appalling. When introducing a new product, manufacturers provide things called "press releases" which provide reporters with everything they need to know to write an intelligent article.
Indeed, these press releases are written to media standards and structured so that they can be run as is, without editing.
Today's "journalists" would be advised to employ these press releases rather than attempt an independent effort that only reveals their abject ignorance of all things firearm.

If I am not mistaken, some of the AR manufacturers make a “lefty” version of their products.

I was in Cabela’s the other day and the rep said the same thing, but then he said he couldn’t get any shipped to the store because the manufacturers ONLY pack them with 30 round mags that cannot be shipped to Colorado.

Looks a little heavy to me.....

Yeah, I don't see what the big whoop is either, besides that fact that it's a good thing to have yet another scary black rifle (and Beretta producing it) to make the lefties pee their shorts. < g!>
I just don't see any large enough advantages over the AR-15 platform to validate this new design, especially at that price.

Been addicted to my Sig piston SBR for 3 gun and slide and glide drills .... Good rigs I prefer are the Hk 416 an Sig variants ..... My edc rig is the paperless SBR sig pistol with the handicap stock. Fits in the center console just fine. A Texas thang. ..... Yes on scaring the liberals ....

It’s nice of the author to repeat all of Beretta’s marketing information. If you removed the first paragraph, you would think it was an article promoting the gun.

I'll settle for a basic SOCOM 16:
Or perhaps an FN FAL:

So I assume this is sold as a 5.56 or .223 instead of a 7.62 round. Big deal. Give us a lightweight rifle that can take down a deer at distance. depends on the local regs, but now of the rounds is is manufactured for breaks 1700 ftlb ME (unusually powerful, hah!)
