Not a big deal. Our(D)Vice President did the same and he got a bye. The (D) allows most transgressions.
This was DONE-WHILE-DEMOCRAT, and as you well know, there is no real penalty to be paid for doing anything wrong while in that status.
Just ask Elizabeth Warren, and anyone in the non-Fox US Mainstream Media about this.
So he had a blog.
Taking tips from Biden.
No one expects Democrats to be honest.
Their voters are delighted when they get away with breaking the rules.
“2007, when he was 46”
What difference at this point does it make? Clinton asked It is our job to figure out what happened and do everything we can to prevent it from ever happening again.
Why would this make the news, the guy is a Democrat after all.
As he is a democrat, this is a badge of honor. He has “overcome” his struggle that was “so long ago”. Now he is being “harassed” by “Reich wing nut jobs” trying to “undermine the President’s agenda” with “frivolous accusations”. We need to “get back to work” trying to “right the wrongs of the Bush administration”.
In other words, "What difference, at this point, does it make?"

Democrat and plagiarism, how unusual.
Walsh occupied a two-star General slot as the Adjutant General of Montana. However, the United States Army refused to grant “Federal Recognition” to Walsh because of the findings of an Inspector General investigation of Walsh. He remained a Colonel.
There should be an investigation into the Soldier’s suicide that Walsh talks about.
