This includes family and friends traveling on the same itinerary or traveling with the Tier status holder.
People who are so petty as to berate an employee who is merely following orders are among my least favorite jerks. It's often people who claim some sort of privilege. I bet this a-hole was kicking up quite a ruckus, too.
