I really don’t understand the fascination with Airbnb. I certainly have no interest in using it.

Here's the thing - what sort of guest has "great ratings" on AirBnB?

What kind of person routinely rents other people's homes all over the world?

The set of people who do this and who are not crazy/insolvent/both is too small to build a reliable business model on.
