Tom Tancredo ran for the Presidency in 2008. He is a national figure. Many people outside of Colorado know him and what he stands for. I would never attempt to dissect the where’s and why fors of the internal politics of another state.
What state are you from? Why not comment on the politics of that state where hopefully you have some valid information.

not sure why you’re harping on that. I am familiar with the partisan balance of all congressional districts, and you can be as well, it’s public information, not a secret that they only tell to Georgians. I can also read about things people from Georgia say through the magic of the printed word.
