The last 'shutdown' was NOTHING of the sort!
Our rulers inflicted pain in sensitive areas to the POPULACE who then directed their wrath at the WRONG target!
I hope we've learned our lesson.
The rulers MUST be grabbed by the GONADS to get any change in the right direction to happen!
