It's not "discrimination" if a customer laughs at you.

The customer is not the business, nor is the customer a part of the workforce.

You can't be isolated and protected from society at large if you choose to be a part of an "alternative" lifestyle.

Which is why it's so upset.

Let's enjoy the situation while we can, as there will undoubtedly be a push to criminalize the rest of us laughing at their (is that the proper pronoun here?) foolishness.

Some people need to grow up. Someone who has worked in food service or retail has to deal with a customer who is a total @#$@#$% on occasion. If someone takes it real personal that a person said something you didn’t like move on. If some customer jumps up and assaults you, I can understand, but says something offensive, let it go. If you can’t handle that, you shouldn’t be in a job where you interact with customers regularly.
