One missile that brings down a plane at 33000 feet has to come from a vehicle mounted setup. It was a single missile, not two. So, the people involved in the op knew what to do. They are professionals.
Furthermore, at least Russia, the US, the UK and China would all know the details from satellite footage. They know who did it. And they have the pics to prove it.
