Ukraine finally admitted yesterday that its military shot down a Russian airliner that crashed into the Black Sea last week, killing all 78 passengers and crew.

Evhen Marchuk, the chairman of Ukraine's security council, conceded that the plane had probably been brought down by "an accidental hit from an S-200 rocket fired during exercises".

Eagerly waiting for the Russian separatists to accept responsibility.

Did Russia admit to downing that Korean airliner yet?

That wasn’t an accident, and the Russian separatists weren’t conducting a “drill,” either.

What would the Ukraine separatists gain by deliberately shooting down a civilian airliner? Aside from world condemnation, the likes of John McCaniac saying there will “to be hell to pay”, and more than likely more aide to their Kiev enemies and more sanctions on their Russian allies. Other than that its genius!

The guy who backed into your car in the grocery store parking lot? What did he have to gain? See where you are going with this . . . ?

Why are you ignoring the idea that it may have been an accident by half-trained, fully vodkarized separatists?

The Soviets did that. Russia has as different a government now as the Obama Regime is from the Eisenhower Administration.

An accident is when you dial a wrong phone number, not when you launch missiles to bring down a plane.

It could have been an accident. I don't think they expected a civilian airliner to be flying over a war zone.

Russia is governed by a Soviet, specifically a KGB colonel.

You need to look into why there are videos of chaff falling down on the wreckage site.

You don't fire a multimillion dollar rocket in a "training exercise." You PRETEND to fire it.

Do you think they shot down the passenger jet on purpose? No, they were aiming for military aircraft or made a mistake, but the fact is THEY DID shoot it down yesterday, so their cause is now dead.

The Daily Mail, a major conservative newspaper in Great Britain reported yesterday: Singapore Airlines plane was flying just 15 MILES away when MH17 was shot down over Ukraine ... and 55 aircraft flew over danger zone on the SAME DAY

The FAA has nothing to do with non-USA owned flights not over American territory.

If you re looking for a conspiracy, consider looking into just how many of the Russian-speaking separatists are actually Russian officers on assignment from the Russian military--answer: most of them.

~That wasn’t an accident, and the Russian separatists weren’t conducting a “drill,” either.~

True, not a drill. Their cities were bombed for weeks, dozens of military aircraft were shot in the area, yet some idiot flew a commercial aircraft there.

Of course, shooting it without proper identification is so wrong on many levels but you can’t judge militias as if they are a professional military.

Not to mention Ukraine has systems like that too, they claimed Russian fighter jet’s incursion and wowed response. And Ukrainian forces are notorious for their incompetence.

Yes, rebels most likely bragged about shooting another transport before they knew what happen but it is that rebels do all the time even if things are falling on themselves.

Though I agree that the version of rebel action as a cause is the most realistic.
